      Sorry for the delay in replying, I do not normally manage the web-site.
      The Common Room is controlling access to Neville Hall to maintain as safe as environment as possible for visitors and staff. If you scroll half way down past the special events on this page thecommonroom.org.uk – whats-on you will find a link to General admission
