The Mining Institute Tracts Collection includes a variety of pamphlets, maps, illustrations, newspaper cuttings and even cartoons showing the development of mining engineering. These are bound together to make roughly 260 volumes which we are in the process of fully digitising.
Each item from within the Tracts will be added to the main library catalogue with images from the articles. All the scans are available to browse in the Mining Institute library and copies can be purchased from 40p/A4.
